Business Metric Alignment:I start by identifying the business metric the solution will target.

Research Phase:I conduct research to understand the users involved, their experiences, and pain points related to the metric.

Brainstorming & Prioritization:I share findings with the team, conduct a brainstorming session, and prioritize ideas using an effort vs. impact matrix.

Prototyping & Validation:I begin with high-impact, low-effort ideas, create low-fidelity prototypes (often on my iPad), and validate key flows with users.Once validated, I develop high-fidelity prototypes and test them with users.

Collaboration & Handoff:After successful validation, I collaborate with the PO/PM to break down designs into developer stories and provide detailed prototype animations during planning.

QA & Iteration:I conduct design QA as developers complete front-end stories.Post-launch, I continuously monitor the metric to assess if iteration is needed in the next sprint.
